‘Pareidolia’ at Parterre, Tel Aviv, features works by artists Maya Bloch, Ruti de Vries and artist duo Merav Kamel & Halil Balabin; curator Roy Brand.
Parterre, founded by Dr. Roy Brand, is a project space for philosophy and art on the ground level (parterre) of a landmark workers tenement housing in the center of Tel Aviv. It is a curated space for creating and exchanging knowledge and experiences with an emphasis on humane and environmental activities. Not the usual gallery, not the usual academy, Parterre is dedicated to innovative practices and the art of living. This is a first collaboration between Fireflies Project and a permanent art space in Tel Aviv.
